Dhanbad, March 21: Aklakh Sarwar, a Mining Engineering student from BIT Sindri, has secured the 4th All India Rank (AIR) in the Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE).
In addition to Aklakh Sarwar, other students from BIT Sindri also performed exceptionally well. Abhishek Singh achieved the 38th AIR, while Rohan Raj secured the 78th rank. Many more students from the institution have also earned prestigious ranks in the exam.

BIT Sindri’s Director Dr. Pankaj Rai, Head of the Mining Engineering Department Dr. PK Singh, GATE Forum In-charge Prof. BD Yadav, Coordinator Prof. Ashok Barnbal, and Vice-Chancellor of Jharkhand University of Technology (JUT) Ranchi all commended the achievements of Aklakh Sarwar and the other students. They acknowledged that the hard work of the students had paid off.

Dr. Pankaj Rai and Dr. PK Singh expressed pride in the students’ success, stating, “They have made the institution proud by securing prestigious ranks. These accomplishments will open opportunities for them in higher education and industry, and their achievements will serve as motivation for other students to perform well.”
