Jamshedpur, July 31: Police have recovered a stolen Bullet motorcycle and a Scooty, which were stolen a few days ago from Kochakuli in Haludbani under the Parsudih police station area.
The vehicles were found abandoned in the Bagbera locality, though the culprits remain at large.
According to sources, the stolen Bullet bike was found near Harharguttu Kali Mandir in Bagbera, while the Scooty was recovered from Bagbera Colony No. 1 in a badly damaged condition.

Both vehicles were found without number plates, an apparent attempt by the thieves to conceal their identity. Police suspect that due to increased pressure, the thieves abandoned the vehicles and fled.
A local resident Bharat Singh said that the swift action of the police forced the culprits to leave the vehicles behind. He expressed confidence that the accused would be nabbed soon.
On receiving information about the recovery, vehicle owner Sahdev Karua rushed to the Bagbera police station and identified the recovered vehicles. Their recovery has brought relief and joy to Sahdev and other victims of theft.
Police said the investigation is being conducted with utmost seriousness. CCTV footage and local intelligence inputs are being examined to identify the culprits. They suspect the involvement of an organized gang in these thefts.

After completing the necessary legal formalities, the recovered vehicles will be handed back to their owners.
Residents troubled by frequent thefts have expressed hope that the accused will soon be caught and strict action will be taken.
Meanwhile, police have intensified their efforts and launched a special drive to nab the criminals.
