Patna, Nov 30: Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar on Saturday officially inaugurated the four-day agricultural exhibition, ‘Agro Bihar-2024,’ at Patna’s Gandhi Maidan.
Nitish Kumar has introduced several initiatives and embraced advanced technological approaches in agriculture.
He recently said that since the introduction of the Agriculture Road Map in 2006, significant progress has been made in the state’s agricultural sector. He highlighted the diverse farming practices now being carried out in Bihar, contrasting this with the lack of activity in the past.

He also mentioned that agricultural exhibitions are being organized to raise awareness about farming among both farmers and the general public.
On October 20, the Bihar government introduced a new program that incorporates drone technology into the fisheries sector.
