Dhanbad, June 14: The three-day induction programme for the newly appointed employees of  IIT Indian School of Mines (ISM) Dhanbad concluded with the certificate distribution amongst the participants.

Prof MK Singh, Dean (Academic) was the chief guest at the function and handed over the certificates to the participants.

While addressing the newly appointed staff on the occasion, Prof Singh said that they are lucky that they got the opportunity to be part of this premier institute after clearing the examination and securing a job, thus they should work with full dedication to ensure the growth of the institute.

“The skills you learnt during the three-day training will help you to flourish further in your career by executing your work with greater efficiency,” said Singh and expressed confidence that they will serve as strong pillars for the institute on which it will grow further”, said Prof Singh

Registrar, IIT (ISM) Dhanbad, Prabodh Pandey, who was also present at the function as the course coordinator of the programme, while addressing the trainees said that the training received during the last three days will help them to execute day-to-day work as well as specially assigned tasks with greater efficiency and efficacy and also help you to enhance your competence.

Rajan Chaudhary, Deputy Registrar (Estt.) who is also the course Co coordinator delivered the vote of thanks and expressed his gratitude to Prabodh Pandey, registrar, for his guidance in planning and executing the entire three-day programme and also thanked other trainers.
