Dhanbad, May 19: The International Alumni Association of BIT Sindri (BITSA), in collaboration with the Institution’s Innovation Council (IIC 7.0), recently organized a webinar titled “Entrepreneurial Edge – Navigating the New Business Era.”

The chief speaker for the event was Hiren Pravin Shah, Managing Director, Founder, and CEO of Replus Engitech Pvt. Ltd., Pune. Shah emphasized the importance of innovation and sustainability, resonating strongly with the audience, especially young aspiring entrepreneurs and tech enthusiasts.

With over 20 years of experience in energy storage and clean mobility, Shah encouraged students to think ambitiously, remain innovative, and face challenges confidently throughout their entrepreneurial journeys.

The organizers highlighted Shah’s valuable insights from his professional career, which includes stints at global giants like Panasonic and Delta Electronics. He also shed light on the evolving landscape of lithium-ion battery technologies and the promising future of clean mobility.

More than 100 participants actively engaged in the webinar online. The organizers noted that the event provided an excellent platform for students and budding innovators to connect with cutting-edge ideas and industry trends.

The webinar was coordinated by Prafull Kumar, Chitranjan (Senior Officer at BCCL), and other members of BITSA International.

Key institutional figures, including BIT Sindri Director Dr. Prakash Kumar, President of IIC 7.0 at BIT Sindri, and Dr. Rahul Kumar, Convener of IIC 7.0, praised the initiative. They expressed their appreciation for the enriching session and encouraged students to continue participating in similar knowledge-driven programs.
