Dhanbad, July 27: The railway employees under the Dhanbad Division of East Central Railway (ECR), who have been sick for a long time and whose salary payment is closed, will get Rs 10,000 per month from the Stop Benefit Fund (SBF) soon.

Permanent Negotiating Machinery (PNM) in-charge of Dhanbad Rail Division Md Ziauddin said that the senior divisional personnel officer of Dhanbad Rail Division will soon issue a notification in this regard.

Permanent Negotiating Machinery meeting was held at Hajipur

Salary slips of some of the employees of the division are closed due to their long absence from duty following illness and they are in dire straits.  Senior leaders of the East Central Railway Karmchari Sangh (Dhanbad Railway Division) have been demanding financial assistance for such employees.

ECRKU media in-charge Nilkamal Khawas said that the zonal Permanent Negotiating Machinery discussed at least 67 points at a meeting held at Hajipur.

ECR General Manager (GM) Chhatrasal Singh presided over the meeting. ECRKU central leader SNP Srivastava and DK Pandey represented the union. Central Assistant General Secretary Om Prakash, organizational secretary Somen Dutta and Netajee Subhash raised several issues at the meeting.
