Dipak Kumar Sen, the secretary of Lindsey Club, thanked the principal of all schools, guardians and   Club members for making the painting competition successful.

One of the active members and artists, Arun Kumar Banerjee, said this painting competition has historical importance. We have been organising Sit and Draw competitions before every Poila Baisakh since 1910 to preserve traditional Bangla art and culture.
