Jamshedpur, Jan 8: Tata Steel UISL (formerly JUSCO) in collaboration with the East Singhbhum district administration, organised an inspiring orientation visit for Plus Two students from Baharagora under the newly launched initiative, “Anveshana”.

The program aims to provide government high school students (Class XI and XII) with first hand experiences in various cultural, industrial, social, and sports domains to inspire, motivate and help them make informed career choices.

As part of the initiative, a group of 30 students visited key operational sites facilitated by Tata Steel UISL.

The itinerary included tours of the Water Works, CRM Bara, and Jubilee Park, offering students a glimpse into the company’s state-of-the-art facilities and operations.

Also, Tata Steel UISL presented mementoes to the students, encouraging their enthusiasm and curiosity.

“Anveshana” initiative, launched by the district administration, groups 147 government high schools in East Singhbhum into batches of 15 schools, with approximately 30 students in each batch.

These students will participate in orientation visits every second month. The program is designed to inspire students through real-world experiences, promote curiosity and ambition by exposing them to diverse career opportunities and enable informed decision-making about their future paths.
