The training session was conducted under the directives of the Dhanbad Principal District and Sessions Judge, who also serves as the chairman of DLSA, and was organized by the Jharkhand Legal Services Authority (JHALSA). A total of 27 mediators participated in the training.

During the session, Roshan revealed that a recent five-day special drive resulted in 35 cases being referred to the Mediation Centre, out of which 28 were successfully resolved on the spot.

The mediators expressed satisfaction with the training, acknowledging the valuable insights shared by Roshan. They noted that the practical guidance provided would enhance their ability to facilitate settlements between disputing parties more effectively.
