Jamshedpur, July 30: In connection with the murderous attack on JMM leader Sukhram Tudu of Ramchandrapur, the Gamharia police today arrested two accused individuals. Both have been remanded to judicial custody.
The arrested accused have been identified as Sujit Kumar Ghosh, son of late Tarapado Ghosh, and Samu Hansda, son of Ramray Hansda, both residents of Ramchandrapur.

During interrogation, the accused confessed to their crime. Acting on their leads, police also recovered the sharp-edged weapon (Gupti/Bhujali) used in the assault.

This action follows an FIR lodged by Vangi Tudu, wife of the injured JMM leader, under Gamharia P.S. Case No. 76/25, registered under sections 109(1)/3(5)/126(2)/115(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS).
The raid and arrests were carried out under the supervision of Gamharia police station in-charge Kunal Kumar, along with sub-inspectors Lalan Ravidas, Arun Kumar Mahato, and Abhay Kumar.
