Following the incident, FIRs were registered by both parties at the Jamua police station, and investigations are underway. However, the delay in arrests has sparked resentment among the medical fraternity.

“Doctors across the district are feeling insecure after the incident as no police action has been taken so far. A delegation of senior doctors will meet the SP to request prompt action and help restore confidence among the medical community,” said Dr. Ritesh Sinha, Secretary of IMA Giridih district chapter.
