Jamshedpur, Feb 25: Abhijit A. Nanoti, managing director of Jamshedpur Continuous Annealing and Processing Company Private Limited (JCAPCPL) was elected as the chairman of CII Jamshedpur Zonal Council for the year 2025-26.
His name was announced at the CII Jamshedpur Zonal Annual Day held in Jamshedpur yesterday.

Who is Abhijit A. Nanoti?
Abhijit A. Nanoti is currently serving as the managing director of JCAPCPL, following his tenure as MD of erstwhile ISWP.
He is an electronics engineer by profession and has completed 1-year full-time General Management Program from XLRI Jamshedpur.
He has spent 26 years at Tata Steel during his more than 3 decades of overall experience.
He has demonstrated expertise in operations and maintenance of Rolling Mills, execution of large-scale capital projects in Tata Steel Kalinga Nagar and successful execution of CRM Upgrade and JCAPCPL project.
He has also worked in various supply chain roles in Tata Steel and played a pivotal role in the successful turnaround of an acquired steel business unit (from M/s Usha Martin) of Tata Steel Gamharia.

His extensive leadership experience spans across various business functions, including digitalization at the shop floor, enhancing value creation with suppliers, customers, partners & driving systemic improvement across the value chain of the businesses through TQM methodologies.
Nanoti actively leads the CSR initiatives of JCAPCPL.
Vishal Kumar Agarwalla elected as Vice-Chairman
Vishal Kumar Agarwalla, director, CTC Group has been elected as the Vice-Chairman of CII Jamshedpur Zonal Council for the year 2025-26.
Vishal Kumar Agarwalla is the Director- Company Development of CTC Group, comprising of CTC India Private Limited, CTC Praezision Tools Private Limited and Kemmer Präzision GmbH.

These companies specialize in the manufacturing of precision carbide cutting tools ranging from 0.03mm to 32mm in diameter, serving applications across industries such as automobile, aerospace, dental, PCB, 3C, and other precision engineering sectors.
Under his leadership, these brands have expanded significantly in OEM and brand sales, with markets in India, US, EU, China, Japan, Brazil, and several SEA countries.
Most recently, Agarwalla founded CTC: “Cultivating Tomorrow’s Creation,” a strategic investment firm dedicated to fostering innovative product-based companies with global potential. This venture exemplifies his visionary approach to nurturing groundbreaking enterprises poised to make a worldwide impact.

Agarwalla has served as the immediate past National Chair for the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) – Young Indians (Yi).
Additionally, he is one of the founder board members of the Industrial Cutting Tool Manufacturing Association (ICTMA) and continues to contribute significantly to the industry.
He also holds an executive committee role in the Socio-Economic and Education Development Society (SEEDS) and has served as the Indian Sherpa for the G20 Young Entrepreneurs Alliance.
